31 July 2025: Announcement of qualified teams.
4 Auguest 2025: Payment and final submission deadline.
21 July – 19 Auguest 2025: Late registration and payment. During this period, no team registration is allowed.
15 August 2025: Submission of team presentation videos.
22 August 2025: Team presentation videos to be uploaded to RCAP Academy Official YouTube channel.
6 September – 8 September 2025: Team setup & Competitions
9 September 2025: Finals & Award Ceremony
