Important information about the registration fee, process, periods, and cancellation policy.

1. Registration Process
  1. All teams intend to participate in RCAP-QDI 2025 are required to complete the pre-registration
  2. Qualified teams will be notified on 31 July 2025
  3. Qualified teams need to complete the registration fee payment and the final submission.

3. Pre-Registration (For all teams, 1 July – 27 July 2025)

All teams are required to submit the necessary documents for pre-registration. Please refer to individual leagues for the documents required.

4. Final Submission (For all qualified teams, 4 Auguest 2025)

Qualified teams will be notified by 31 July 2025 The qualified teams need to complete the RCAP-QDI 2025 final submission by 4 Auguest 2025. Teams need to submit the following documents during the final submission.

  • 1 – The prove of payment if the payment.
  • 2 – One team photo (mark the lower left corner of the photo to indicate the names of the people from left to right.)
  • 3 – Team qualification documents if not yet submitted during pre-registration.
5. Payment Methods
  • PayPal or bank telegraph transfer.
  • Teams are required to make a copy of the payment successful notice and submit it together with other documents during the “Final Submission”.
6. Visas and Cancellation Policy
  • Participants from some countries do require a visa for China. An invitation letter will be sent to a team member once the team has completed the “Final Submission” and the payment has been received. There will be no exceptions.
  • Please confirm your participation before payment. The registration fee is not refundable.
